Kelly is seeking a Talent Advisor to support a Leading Healthcare client in Eagan, MN.

Pay Rate: $39.00 - $42.00/HR
Work Setup: Hybrid (In-office 2 days/week; office closed Fridays)
Position Type: Temporary 10/6/2025 to 2/13/2026 Role Overview As a Talent Advisor, you'll consult with internal business groups, managing the full recruiting cycle to attract and hire top, diverse talent. This position is instrumental in driving business success by ensuring a competitive edge through innovative hiring strategies and a best-in-class candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the company's talent strategy and translate business needs into sourcing strategies
  • Advise and influence hiring managers on staffing decisions
  • Source, attract, and build pipelines of diverse talent, supporting diversity initiatives
  • Advocate for internal candidates with transferable skills
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers using data-driven insights to meet recruiting goals
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and social media for sourcing candidates
  • Participate in recruiting projects related to workforce planning, hiring process improvement, and employer branding
  • Target BIPOC talent, especially in leadership roles
  • Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and community initiatives
  • Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate data in tracking software
Requirements
  • 2+ years related experience or Bachelor's degree and 1-year related experience (all relevant experiences, education, or military service considered)
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to influence and collaborate
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media in recruiting
  • Understanding of employment law, compensation, diversity, EEO, Affirmative Action, ADA
  • Data-driven mindset; ability to analyze and present findings clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma (or equivalency)
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Bachelor's Degree
