What's a typical day as Team Lead, Manufacturing? You'll be:
• Supervising the daily function of the chemical repacking department, ensuring timely completion of production plans to meet customer requirements and business targets.
• Driving performance metrics in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while collaborating with planning, warehouse, and quality teams to eliminate obstacles.
• Leading and supporting the Repack team, establishing transparent expectations, objectives, and performance benchmarks.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3 - 5 years of dynamic experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain, with prior employee management experience strongly preferred.
• Possess strong communication and people leadership skills, with a proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (Green Belt certification preferred).
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
