What's a typical day as a Team Operator? You'll be:
- Operating moderately complex automated assembly equipment
- Performing product quality checks and segregating nonconforming items
- Manually assembling, reworking, and packaging components as needed
- Documenting production data and scanning products into the system
- Assisting with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Participating in training and supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, GMP, and ISO standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- A high school diploma or GED (required)
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to work with production equipment
- Comfort performing repetitive tasks with visual inspections
- Basic computer skills (e.g., scanning, using MRP systems, testing via PC)
- Less than 1 year of experience (manufacturing background preferred)
- Ability to work a physical role (standing, crouching, climbing, etc.) in a cleanroom or production environment
Work Schedule & Assignment Info:
- Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Sunday night through Friday morning
- Location: Southington, CT
- Employment Type: Contract | 10 months
