Technical Operator
Location: 60 Pacific Drive Suite 230, Quakertown, PA 18951, United States
Pay: $19/hr
Employment Type: 5-month contract – Possible temp-to-perm based on performance
Schedule: 8am-4pm M-F
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
Related manufacturing or trade school experience is a plus
Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices is helpful
Responsibilities
As a Technical Operator, you will perform a variety of duties on our world-class manufacturing floor, including:
Operating production and packaging equipment
Forklift operation
Performing minor machine maintenance and care
Executing warehouse functions
Conducting quality control checks
This cross-functional role is essential to our operational success.
Performance Standards
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Collaborate effectively with leadership and team members in a high-performance, team-oriented environment
Willingness to work overtime, including occasional short-notice shifts
Follow all safety rules and demonstrate safe operating practices at all times
Must Haves ?
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to operate and maintain production machinery and use hand tools/measuring devices.
