Description

This unique position offers the opportunity for field work, where you'll be actively engaged with industrial equipment (requiring the ability to lift 25 lbs and wear specialized protective equipment). It's far from a typical desk job, with a 12-hour shift that involves standing or walking.

Job Description:
The position will support routine operations and maintenance on the waste treatment systems at the Intel Ocotillo Factory, specifically the [specific type of system], and it requires working different shifts based on business needs.

In this role, your contributions will be significant. You'll be operating and maintaining industrial wastewater treatment systems, supporting our operations facilities, and conducting treatability studies. Your involvement in commissioning new IWS systems and maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations will be instrumental.

Additional Skills: This role offers a unique opportunity for learning and growth. Good computer skills and an aptitude for quickly learning software applications are essential. Knowledge of the theory and principles of operations and controls of facilities systems, working knowledge and hands-on Technical capabilities of preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair, instrumentation and controls knowledge with SCADA systems, ability to work from maintenance schedules, blueprints, procedures, and diagrams, good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to function and interact in a fast-paced team environment are all skills that you will have the chance to develop and enhance in this role.

The minimum educational requirement for this position is a two-year Associate's Degree, coupled with at least two years of related facilities experience. Shift Hours: 5:45 am - 6:15 pm
