Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$30/hour
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Estimated duration: 3 months with the possibility of full time

What's a typical day as Temporary Accounting Clerk? You'll be:
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
• Conducting expense management utilizing Ramp, similar to Concur, to streamline financial operations.
• Assisting with monthly grant billing, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least a few years of accounting experience (not simply bookkeeping) with a strong understanding of financial principles.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and have experience with expense management software.
• Possess skills in audit assistance, tax returns, and ad hoc reporting, demonstrating your versatility in accounting tasks.
