  • Collaborative role supporting finance, marketing, IT, and vendor operations in a professional setting

What's a typical day as a Trade Marketing – Finance & Logistics? You'll be:
  • Overseeing daily management of CAPEX and OPEX budgets across the US and Canada

  • Partnering with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing teams to support trade marketing programs

  • Coordinating with vendors during RFP processes and streamlining operational workflows

  • Assisting in the development and documentation of requirements for a digital project management tool

  • Monitoring logistics and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets

  • Supporting business continuity during staffing transitions and digital system implementations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (required)

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, logistics, marketing, or operational roles

  • Complex budget management (CAPEX/OPEX) experience

  • Vendor management experience

  • Cross-functional project coordination experience (Finance, IT, Marketing)

  • High proficiency in Excel and budget tracking

  • Experience with digital tool/platform implementation

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work across departments

  • Location: New York, NY 10018

  • Employment Type: 4-month contract, possible extension

  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Pay Rate: $29/hr
