Join our dynamic team to play a crucial role in setting up our booth at the McCormick Place housewares show! We are seeking dedicated and hardworking assembly workers who can assist in moving boxes, setting up tables and chairs, and organizing our booth display. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy physical tasks, this opportunity is for you!
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temporary - Friday 2/28, Saturday 3/1, & Monday 3/3
- Location: McCormick Place, Chicago, IL
- Pay Rate: $28
- Shift: Day Shift - 8am to 5pm
- Assist in moving and setting up boxes, light tables, and chairs
- Unpack and organize items for the booth display
- Ensure the booth is properly set up and organized to attract visitors
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient setup and teardown processes
- Past experience in packing, unloading, and setting up
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Set up display boards and create an appealing booth for all three days of the show
- 2 Laborers needed: Two for setup on the first and last day,
- Gain valuable experience in event setup and logistics
- Network with industry professionals at the housewares show
- Potential for future opportunities based on performance
