This long-term temporary position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel required to East Hartford, CT. The Training Administrator Role Might Be Perfect If You:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent relevant experience (required).
- Have 3+ years of Learning Management System (LMS) experience, preferably with WorkDay LMS.
- Bring 3+ years of learning administration experience.
- Possess 3+ years of experience in a corporate training and development environment.
What's a Typical Day Like as a Training Administrator?
In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in our training programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Course Management & Communication: Enter course offerings into WorkDay, manage enrollments, and handle communications with participants, managers, HR partners, and Executive Champions. Track program completion and ensure accurate reporting in WorkDay.
- Program Facilitation: Host engaging kickoff sessions, organize cohort networking events, and schedule workshops tailored to training needs. Guide participants through their project work and prepare them for final presentations or graduation events.
- Event Coordination: Plan and host the graduation event, including venue booking, catering, securing speakers, and creating an engaging agenda. Additionally, you'll source and process invoices for graduation certificates and branded gifts, and conduct After Action Reviews (AAR) to gather participant feedback.
