We're seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to work at premier, pharmaceutical company. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.



The HR Coordinator - Learning Management System ensures learning compliance by providing general Learning Management System and Training administration support.


What's a typical day as HR Coordinator - Learning Management System? You'll be:

  • Performing data entry work reviewing and analyzing mass data requests ensuring accuracy prior to and after entering data into systems.
  • Entering Data in a regulated environment i.e., FDA. Banking, SOX compliance, etc.
  • Working with a Learning Management System, Success Factors, or other HRIS
  • Prioritize mass requests in highly active shared email inbox and HR People Solutions ticketing queue.
  • Privy to HR data and must be able to understand and maintain confidentiality requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Must possess exceptional attention to detail skills and accuracy.  This role must adhere to required compliance rules and regulations, ensuring Right First Time (RFT) standards are met.
  • Strong customer service skills along with professional verbal and written communications skills (email, jabber, Webex, Teams, etc.). Must be able to craft email communication to provide feedback to internal stakeholders, employees, supervisors, high level managers, etc.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of the larger HR People Solutions team as well as deliver results working independently.
  • Ability to work overtime as requested to meet business demands.
