Description

Training Specialist Location: On-site - Pleasant Prairie, WI 
Schedule: Regular Shift (Mon-Fri, 08:00 – 4:30)
Pay: 23.00/hour About the Role Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality & Training Specialist who will support our client and play a crucial part in developing, maintaining, and improving key standards within business processes.  Key Responsibilities Training

  • Review process documents and update Training Curriculum as necessary.
  • Conduct employee training, including first-day orientation.
  • Coordinate annual training plans with relevant processes.
  • Maintain training matrix system and reporting tools.
  • Ensure knowledge and evidence retention, collaborating with trainers.
  • Identify operational challenges and opportunities for improved training.
  • Help ensure all training goals are met.
  • Support organization of trainings to enhance company qualifications.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor/Manager.
Quality
  • Support integration of local/international standards within business processes.
  • Share information regarding Quality Management Systems internally.
  • Handle documentation, revision, record-keeping, and archiving.
  • Collaborate with process owners for process updates.
  • Help create and maintain sustainable corporate knowledge.
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes.
  • Track and report audit findings.
Continuous Improvement
  • Administer SharePoint system for Documents and Training Centers; follow up on system development.
  • Support implementation of LEAN/5S projects within the facility.
  • Monitor department KPIs and objectives.
Process & Risk Management
  • Assist with process and risk-based studies across the organization.
CAPAs & Claims
  • Monitor CAPAs and Claims; update Quality Supervisor/Manager.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis as needed.
Quality Controls/Inspections
  • Support Quality Supervisor/Manager in performing floor inspections.
  • Monitor calibration processes and inspections.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Certificate (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of training and quality processes.
  • Ability to lead and moderate large groups.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs independently.
  • Physically present on-site.
Security & Compliance
  • Adhere to all policies regarding Information Asset protection, data integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Report any vulnerabilities, incidents, or breaches according to company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act and company policies.
