What's a typical day as Unit Supervisor? You'll be:
• Supervising and leading a second shift team to ensure execution within established delivery, quality, safety, and cost standards.
• Investigating, analyzing, and resolving various system, part, people, or process issues to correct deficiencies and improve performance.
• Administering employee policies and monitoring individual and departmental performance, taking corrective action as necessary.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1 or more years of experience in shop floor warehousing and a strong understanding of incentive pay systems.
• Possess 3 or more years of demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to engage with both salary and wage personnel.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or have 3 years of related work experience, with a preference for those experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling.
