*Position will be fully onsite, Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

Kelly is seeking a Vendor Management Administrator to work with our Post Falls-based client, a leading manufacturer, on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity to step foot into a successful small business with over 40 years of expertise!

The Vendor Management Administrator will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Manage vendor contracts, including negotiation, execution, and renewal
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand and meet their vendor needs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management policies and procedures
  • Resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner
  • Analyze vendor data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing, bidding, and vendor selection
  • Prepare and present vendor performance reports to senior management
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
