Description

Warehouse Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative who plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position acts as a liaison between the warehouse and customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues that may arise. Your goal will be to maintain high customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Salary: $22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process day-to-day order entry from multiple customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound paperwork.
  • Verify all billing charges for assigned accounts.
  • Assist Warehouse Associates with inventory compliance during order fulfillment.
  • Utilize the CAPA System and manage customer complaints and quality issues.
  • Report food safety and quality problems promptly to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and related documentation.
  • Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding customer feedback and issues.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations in the warehouse environment.
  • Promote a safe working environment for all employees.

Additional Duties:
  • Efficiently stack and store products in a manner that will not damage them.
  • Assist in physical inventories.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area, following company housekeeping policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics is advantageous.
  • Experience with Freezer/Cooler environments is desired.
