Job Title: Warehouse Installation Technician Pay Rate: $23.50/hr
Job Type: 3–5 Month Project with the possibility of being hired
Start Date: February 2, 2026
Location: Aurora, IL Job Description Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from vehicles and containers
• Perform quality checks on all freight (accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine condition)
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and process critical spare part orders at the datacenter
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor with laser measuring devices (requires 100% accuracy)
• Populate and install electronic components/cabling in server racks per diagrams and schematics
• Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools
• Operate material handling equipment (straddle stackers, rack movers, electric pallet jacks)
• Regularly push, pull, and lift items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the workday
• Perform area clean-up per 5S safety and cleanliness standards
• Cross-train in multiple datacenter departments as required

• Daily adherence to safety and process procedures
• Punctuality and reliability
• High attention to detail and consistent quality focus
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new roles within the datacenter

Requirements

• Experience with electric pallet jacks (EPJ)
• Proficient use of hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Must wear 6-inch composite toe BOOTS (Steel toe boots are acceptable only during training; composite boots required for full assignment)
