At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we are hiring Warehouse Operations Specialist to support a dynamic and growing food manufacturing company in Penn Yan, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to start a long-term career with a company that values your skills and offers work-life balance.

Pay: $18.50 - $19/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
Rotating Shifts:
Days: 7 AM - 7 PM or Overnights: 7 PM - 7 AM
Enjoy 3-day weekends every other week with no more than 3 consecutive workdays!

What You'll Do:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and products.
• Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate documentation.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform other tasks as required to ensure smooth warehouse operations

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous warehouse or food industry experience is a plus, but not required.
