Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Bakersfield, CA
• Pay Rate: $25.25/hr
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming goods, verifying against invoices for accuracy and damage.
• Sort and label goods with precision for proper inventory management.
• Store and arrange goods, maximizing warehouse space utilization.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders according to customer requirements.
• Conduct system transactions to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Report hazards and injuries promptly, complying with HSE standards.
• Follow established quality procedures and conduct basic quality checks.
• Operate manual and automated warehouse equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and teams.
• Complete all required business and safety training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform operator care and basic equipment maintenance.
• Adapt to perform other duties as needed to support business operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory and transaction management.
• Strong customer support orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
