CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience as a Lead in a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment
• 1+ year forklift experience
• 1+ year Inventory experience
• 6+ months experience with Warehouse Management Experience
• Able to operate in a fast paced work environment
• Able to work overtime as needed 

JOB DETAILS:

• $22.00 + $2.00 shift diff
• DIRECT HIRE
• 3rd Shift Sun-Th 11p-7:30a
• Louisville, KY 40216
• Lead and manage the workflow for Put-Away, Inventory, Shipping/Receiving and Pack-Out
• Train associates, monitor production and give constructive feedback
• Point of contact for all associates
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
