Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift
7:00 am start M-F
Dupont, WA



Job Summary:
In this full-time position, you will lead a dedicated team, oversee inventory management, and ensure operational excellence. If you have a passion for leadership and a knack for organization, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: DuPont, WA
- Pay Rate: $57,600 – $70,000 a year
- Shift: 1st Shift


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff to maintain a productive work environment.
- Set clear objectives and expectations for daily activities.
- Oversee inventory management by scheduling material movements and conducting cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a secure warehouse.
- Collaborate with customer service to align resources with demand.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing training and performance feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required; some post-secondary education preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills and experience in warehouse management.
- Proficient in warehouse WMS software, RF gun scanning, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of JDE, SAP, or AX ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and work in a loud environment.
