Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a qualified Night Shift Supervisor to work at one of the world's largest snack food companies manufacture in Tifton, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be very hands-on with manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and experience leading a team. This is a salaried position that will begin with training on the day shift from 7 AM to 7 PM until fully trained for the regular night shift of 3 PM to 11 PM.
 
Payrate: 

• $26.44/hr

Salary Rate:

• $45,000 - $55,000
• Once converted

 
Shifts:

• Training Schedule: 7AM -7 PM
• Regular Schedule: 3PM -11 PM

 
Location: Tifton GA 31794

Night Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate plant personnel in various phases of plant operation.
• Assist in correcting and repairing mechanical failures.
• Split duties driving a Forklift or Semi Truck
• Climbing the elevators
• Lifting & throwing pallets.
• Maintain product quality expectations.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

??????Night Supervisor Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong computer skills.
• Forklift experience 
• Semi-Trailer Truck experience 
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Farming experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Night Supervisor Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform computer work for extended periods.
• Capable of bending, climbing, and lifting both light and heavy objects.
• Must be able to work at elevated heights of more than 10 feet.

??????Night Supervisor Work Environment:

• Primarily indoors, with some tasks requiring outdoor work.
• Constant communication with team members.
• Travel may be required for quality tasks.
• Exposure to hot/cold and inclement weather conditions.
• Work involves exposure to high noise levels, dust, dirt, grease, chemicals, and machinery with moving parts.
• Use of protective devices such as masks, goggles, and gloves may be necessary.
