Penn Yan, NY | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $19.50–$20.00/hour

Join a leading food manufacturing company in Penn Yan, NY looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to support their warehouse and shipping operations. Forklift experience is a plus, but we're open to training candidates with general warehouse or production backgrounds.

What You'll Do:

• Operate forklifts (if certified) to safely move materials
• Load/unload trucks and maintain inventory
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas organized
• Cross-train across warehouse and production areas as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Prior warehouse, shipping, or production experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts
• Great attitude, reliability, and teamwork
• High school diploma or GED required
• Forklift experience is a plus — not required
