Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18/hr with a $1 raise after 90 days and a $1 raise after one year.
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 6am-2:30pm and Friday 4am-12pm.

What's a typical day as a Welder? You'll be:
- Performing GMAW welding on plates used for the assembly of railroad track panels, ensuring adherence to all quality procedures and regulations.
- Utilizing measuring devices accurately to maintain strong attention to detail in your work.
- Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively while meeting fast-paced work demands.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED and prior welding experience or certification.
- Are proficient in MIG welding and can pass a welding test.
- Are able to work in various weather conditions and communicate effectively.
