Job Title: Welder – TIG Welding Focus (18 Hours OT Available)
Pay: $27 hr
Schedule: Mon-Sat
Location: Rosharon, TX 77583
We are seeking 4 skilled and experienced Welders to join our manufacturing team. This role is primarily focused on TIG welding and involves working on high-precision components used in our advanced production lines. If you thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and take pride in producing high-quality welds, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform TIG welding on various metal parts, including frames, equipment, and machinery.

Operate MIG, TIG, and stick welding equipment as needed.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to complete fabrications and repairs on time.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards in every task.

Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong expertise in TIG welding

Welding certifications preferred (e.g., AWS, TIG, MIG).

Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and PPE.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.
