Job Posting: Wine, Spirits, and Beer Replenishment Associate
Location: Savannah, GA
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Pay: $17/hr
Job Summary:
The Replenishment Associate is responsible for accurately picking orders in a designated area and moving products using a cherry picker based on assigned task sheets. This role requires experience operating forklifts and other power equipment. Associates scan multiple bins, transport products to specified locations, and maintain safety, sanitation, and security standards within a logistics environment. Flexibility to assist with inventory control and shipment preparation is expected.
Responsibilities:

  • Receive and follow daily assigned task sheets
  • Scan and verify product quantity, size, and type
  • Pick products by hand at heights and move them using a cherry picker or other power equipment
  • Relocate cases or bottles to designated areas for replenishment
  • Complete quality assurance documents when location inaccuracies are found
  • Keep accurate records to ensure inventory control, stock rotation, and security
  • Assist with physical inventories as needed
  • Perform daily power equipment checklists and report any safety or mechanical issues
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe facility
  • Support facility security

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • At least six months' experience in a similar position preferred
  • Forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack operation experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Able to use technology and computerized hand-held devices
  • Familiarity with inventory and quality control
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work at heights and operate power equipment while wearing a safety harness
  • Willing to maintain high job standards in a non-temperature controlled environment with heat, humidity, and weather exposure
  • Occasionally work in refrigerated areas
  • Work in environments with moderate to loud noise, dust, and fumes
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular, reliable attendance
  • Frequent operation of power equipment at heights
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move products throughout the shift
  • Frequent lifting (up to 50-65 lbs), including overhead lifts
  • Good balance required for working at heights
  • Ability to judge distance and maintain close and distant vision
