Pay Rate:
$21/hr

What's a typical day as Wireline/Telecom Specialist? You'll be:
• Processing and tracking wireline MACD (Move Add Change Delete) order requests, ensuring timely completion.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, contracting personnel, and vendors to bridge gaps and resolve potential order delay issues.
• Utilizing our online portal to manage workflow and working in client/carrier portals to place and track orders.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one (1) year of experience with wireline/telecom services.
• Possess proficient knowledge of wireline telecom circuits and services, with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
