Responsibilities
Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of records and records retention; performs intermediate tasks in defined skill areas/applications by continuously building on current job knowledge; maintain effective relationships with peers, vendors, and others in a diverse environment; support team decisions and follow through with team responsibilities; interpret information, ideas and instructions and communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing including materials intended for distribution; determine causes of unusual occurrences and apply standard principles and practices to determine and implement solutions; ensure safe practices and environmental consciousness are exhibited in decisions; typically work under general supervision, while performing assignments that are varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involve limited responsibility.

Salary Range: $41,880 - $51,725 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Associates or bachelor?s Degree in information management, records management, or related field
preferred.
Experience
Required: Three (3) years minimum experience in records management.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of principles, practices and methods of records management,
which include identification, storage, circulation and disposal of records; tools and technologies used to
capture, manage, store, preserve and deliver information manually or electronically; and the ability to review
and analyze records to determine appropriate storage, retention and disposal requirements; and identify and
resolve problems and issues related to the management of records.

Required: Ability to handle the storage and retrieval of information in an accurate, consistent and thorough
