Do you like to work in a small community and one on one with residents? Taylor Place is a small, home-like community with 39 apartments. We are currently looking for a nurse 6a-2p, minimum of 3 days of week. This does include every other weekend rotation. We look forward to meeting you! 

This position is offering a $1,000 sign on bonus. This will be paid out after 90 days of employment.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client's condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services.  

Qualifications:

• Two years LPN experience preferred, but not required. 
• Two years' experience in assisted living or in a nursing home is preferred, but not required. 
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
• A dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential.
• The ability to work scheduled shifts and weekends.
