**Job Summary:**
As a Part-Time HHA/CNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care to our clients during the afternoon and evening hours. You will assist clients with activities of daily living while ensuring their comfort and dignity. Your compassion, patience, and attentiveness will make a significant difference in the lives of those you care for.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Assist with mobility and transfer of clients, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Help clients with meal preparation and feedings as required.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behavior, reporting any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
- Administer medication as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Comply with all safety regulations and adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in [State].
