**Job Title: PRN LPN/RN/QMA**

**Location:** Kendallville, IN

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN (Pro Re Nata) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to high-quality patient care and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility and availability to cover varying shifts as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide compassionate and personalized nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Administer medications and perform routine procedures following physicians' orders and nursing best practices.
- Monitor patient health, recording and communicating any changes to the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients to develop and coordinate effective care plans.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid state licensure as an LPN, RN, or certification as a QMA.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work PRN shifts as determined by patient needs.
