Job SummaryThe Associate Programs Analyst supports program execution by developing and maintaining integrated plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements across one or multiple program areas. This role conducts in-depth research to define and refine program requirements, coordinates with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align deliverables and timelines, and helps implement improved methods for tracking and reporting program performance metrics. The analyst provides data-driven recommendations to management, contributes to proposal development and support, and consistently supports and reinforces the organization's mission, values, and culture.
Job Responsibilities- Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a program or several portions of a very large program
- Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
- Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules
- Assist in developing new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
- Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate
- Assist with proposals efforts
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Bachelor's degree and related technical training with 3+ years directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
- PMP Certification preferred
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
