DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

We are seeking an Operation Specialist. In this position you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of all site services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment for company employees. The role includes managing service providers and contractors, monitoring service quality, and delivering ongoing operational support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all site services, including catering, cleaning, transportation, and landscaping.
  • Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), performance targets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities with vendors, resolve operational issues, and ensure continuous service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor operational activities across the site.
  • Manage budgets within the areas of responsibility and monitor related expenses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide high-quality service to employees.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar Facilities Management / Site Services role.
  • Proven experience managing contractors and service providers in catering, cleaning, transportation, and landscaping.
  • Experience working in an industrial company or a high-tech organization.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to lead operational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
