Job Details
• ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made.
• Cleveland Clinic- Lutheran Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.
• *TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Charge RN refs accepted!

Job Requirements
• AHA BLS & ACLS required

Additional Details
• Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for several units.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required for all candidates.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred for some units but not required for ER or Pediatric OR.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure is required for certain specialties.
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy certification preferred, not required for ER.
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course preferred for ER.
• Tech Cert Verification - National for CVOR, CST required.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required annually.
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing required for all Nursing positions except OR.
• State License 1 Verification and NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days of start.
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred for specific units.
• Online Training Modules to be completed before start.
