We are not your typical long-term care facility. Here at Maranatha Village we value our employees. We are a not-for-profit, faith based, privately owned and operated facility where everyone is family. We take time to invest in our employees and in their dreams. Therefore, we will give you up to four weeks of PTO in your first year, you will start accruing PTO hours when you first start in Orientation. We will also give you a set schedule because we understand how important your family time and commitments are to you. We pride ourselves on promoting from within and providing opportunities to grow.
