Full-time Mardel Buyer Administrative Assistants enjoy:
- Starting wage of $19.25 an hour
- Monday through Friday work week
- In-Office hours of 8-5 every day
As a growing company, this position offers room for growth. Buyer Administrative Assistants collaborate with other admins, buyers and vendors to procure the desired product selection to meet the needs of Mardel's customers.
Responsibilities
- Place and process purchase orders
- Communicate with international and domestic vendors
- Communicate with other departments
- Track domestic and international shipments
- Review and proof product packaging
- Generate reports
- Provide scheduling assistance
- Process documentation
- Labeling and maintaining merchandise samples
- Vet incoming calls for buyers
- Execute other administrative duties
