Title and Summary

A2A Risk Solutions, Product Management, GTM The Financial Crime Solutions team is looking for a Manager, A2A Risk Solutions Product Management, GTM, to help drive delivery of our product roadmap and strategy by working with third party partners and consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping our customers to reduce fraud/scams, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Financial Crime Solutions (FCS) is a cross-functional team under Fraud & Resiliency within the Services division of Mastercard, overseeing solutions that are dedicated to safeguarding businesses and consumers from various financial crimes. Made up of our product management; data science, operations and technology partners, we have launched solutions that detect and prevent financial crime, with advanced technologies, data analysis techniques and industry best practices to identify suspicious patterns, behaviours, and transactions on a global scale.

This role presents a unique opportunity to develop go-to-market strategies by applying marketing and sales enablement expertise to enable Regions and contribute to the ongoing success of our solutions.

This role will bring product positioning and GTM strategy to life by shaping how our products are positioned, communicated, and perceived in the market and fuel the next phase of growth in our international expansion efforts. Through collaboration, strategic analysis and innovative thinking, this role will help strengthen our position in the market and provide unique learnings in an ever-evolving landscape.



Role

Develop Global strategies across go-to-market, marketing and sales enablement to help drive opportunities, enabling our Account to Account (A2A) Risk Solutions products to scale and add further value to our customers
Deliver against GTM initiatives with scalability and impact in mind for new and existing products to support revenue growth and global market penetration
Own collateral creation across the customer journey, supporting the Regions to communicate product value across each stage
Boost A2A Risk Solutions external presence through tailored content, bulletins and thought leadership by leveraging external channels e.g. social media, internal forums, external presences, as well as internal channel equivalents
Develop competitive intelligence, conduct market research and form messaging and materials to support A2A Risk Solutions differentiation in the market
Define clear and distinctive product narratives that resonate and are cognizant of A2A Risk Solutions Product Roadmaps, product value propositions and USPs, industry trends, regulatory pressures, customer feedback and more
Defining Execution Plans to ensure assets are launched intentionally with well defined success metrics, assets are well-maintained, key stakeholders are kept up-to-date and learnings are cross-pollinated
Enable key commercial stakeholders to represent the benefits, unique capabilities and value proposition of A2A Risk Solutions and Roadmaps to achieve shared objectives and deliver on the global commercial pipeline
Engage with stakeholders in cross-functional teams (e.g. Data Science, Engineering, Product Operations, Regional Teams) to deliver on key GTM strategies to achieve Product objectives
Stay up-to-date with enhancements and strategic direction for all A2A Risk Solutions Products, Roadmaps and provide feedback on market reactions to Product Leads.




All About You

Strong experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B Banking or Payments industry, with a proven track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging for diverse audiences in both the public and private sectors
Experience and comfort with taking complex problems and simplifying them into understandable and approachable solutions
Strong communication skills with internal technical and non-technical stakeholders to support opportunities and help with financial crime prevention
Advanced Powerpoint skills and ability to leverage new and existing technology to create compelling, modern collateral
Take a data-driven approach to potential Product Management, GTM opportunities that could lead to Financial Crime Solutions product enhancements, identifying areas and contributing to prioritise enhancements on the product roadmap
Understand Mastercard's business model and take key financial or commercial factors into consideration to positively influence working with third parties to deliver revenue and cost efficiency
Incorporate and understanding of financial crime and the broader payments ecosystem into ongoing product management (e.g. regulatory, legal, technology, competitive, technology environment etc.)
Leverage working knowledge of Mastercard business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions
Actively partner with the Guilds to create best practices within the Program with a focus on driving continuous improvement in the Program's operating model and make proposals to Program leadership on enhancement opportunities
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences
Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices
Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours through their behaviour, (e.g. customer and stakeholder interactions)
