Overview

The Advisors Client Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include Strategy and Transformation, Performance Analytics, Marketing Services, Business Experimentation, and Specialized Product Delivery Tracks.
Advisors Client Services is the consulting arm of Mastercard Services. We combine professional problem-solving skills with deep segment and functional expertise to address the challenges and opportunities of our clients. While specializing in the payments industry, we also work closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.
The role of the Americas Staffing lead is to work very closely with the Americas Advisors Client Services leadership team, Staffing Partners, Hub capacity staffing managers, to ensure the Client Services organization is effectively executing against our strategy and to drive engagement within our teams. With a strong understanding and specialized knowledge of our business, the individual in this role is uniquely set up to ensure that people remain at the center of all that we do.

Role

• Time range Coordination - Co-ordinates and manages their staffing team for optimal delivery and collaborates effectively with fellow time range leads for global staffing alignment.
• Stakeholder Management - Engages with and manages stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and partnership
• Team Management – Leads a team of staffing managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment by encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
• Strategic Planning – Develops resource plans, demand and capacity forecasting.
• Operations - Oversees time range operations in collaboration with EMEA and AP time range leads. Continued focus on enhancements, process improvements and new ideas relating to their respective areas of responsibility.
• Communication and engagement - Facilitates regular team meetings and communication to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. Focus on employee engagement while building a high-performance team.
• Technology and Tools - Works using our internal systems and tools through all phases of the engagement lifecycle

Essential skills and experience:
• Partner at heart – Needs to work in close partnership with Advisors Client Service team members and the rest of the Global Staffing team
• Business acumen – Good understanding of the business drivers that impact on overall revenue generation. Ability to understand when to be pragmatic and when to be firm.
• Strong interest in people well-being and development – Focused on making the client services team member experience best in class
• Client centric – Strong focus on internal client relationships and ensuring service level satisfaction.
• Agile – Must be able to work in an agile environment with short sprints, changing briefs and requirements to pivot at short notice.
• Project Manager – Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong individual contributor- Able to self-manage independently, while coordinating with Track and global staffing teammates
• Previous experience in a similar role in another professional services company beneficial.
