As part of Business Operations team, manage the end to end process for Contingent Workers on behalf of Services Europe. Manage contractual operations through the p2p process
and interface with business and suppliers on requirements for delivery
All About the Role
• Primary support for signature of European Contracts.
o Coordinating contracting signatures across sales, legal, and external clients and vendors
o Supporting efforts to streamline and automate
• Execute across Workday (personnel, Coupa (procurement), and Oracle (financial) systems to onboard contingent workers and fulfil 3rd party agreements
• Classify contract to the new Contingent Worker taxonomy
• Enter profiles into Workday
• Handling contractual operations and follow up
o Statement of Work preparation
o Vendor onboarding for Advisors Delivery and The Source integration for p2p
o Invoice receiving and tracking
o Payments to vendors
o Documentation of invoices
• Helping the coordination and communication of vendors
• Supporting other contractual and administrative works in case there is a need
All About You
• Experience procurement or paralegal with knowledge of service contracts
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to details, multi-tasker, written and oral communication skills
• Familiar with Workday, Coupa and Oracle systems a plus
• MS Word and Excel skills
• Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
