Overview:
Mastercard's Services Marketing team is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing professional for the ANZ region. This role will align customer marketing strategies with regional product growth objectives to plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies focused on the customer.

As a Customer Marketing Analyst, you will work with the local sales and field marketing teams to plan and execute customer marketing initiatives targeting mid- and bottom-funnel engagement. These campaigns will leverage a broad mix of marketing tactics including events, digital activations and email nurture programs with the goal of educating the customer and driving upsell/cross sell revenue. You'll represent the regional and local country marketing needs to the global customer marketing team, to facilitate understanding of what is needed to be successful in the market.

This role requires a person who can be collaborative with other teams while managing multiple projects and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. We value the ability to grow together, move fast, and create value for our customers and stakeholders.

Role
• Develop and execute customer marketing strategies and campaigns on behalf of the Mastercard Services business units in AP, based out of Mastercard's Singapore office.
• Manage customer communications and engagement across various channels
• Utilize data analysis to measure and report on marketing campaigns' effectiveness
• Develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer marketing
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
• Manage budget and resources for customer marketing initiatives
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with country and regional sales partners business owners, field and partner marketing team to raise customer awareness of Mastercard Services breadth of solutions.
• Identify and manage opportunities for customer case studies supporting Mastercard Services solutions.
• Plan and execute target account marketing campaigns to drive upsell and cross sell revenue.

All About You:

• Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the AP region, performing in marketing for a portfolio of successful customer acquisition programs using event, digital and email nurture marketing tactics.
• Experience in customer marketing, target account marketing, and account-based marketing strategies preferred
• The ability to recognize and understand customer pain points and turn that knowledge into adaptations or improvements.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales touch points.
• Great communicator with strong writing skills.
• Record of successfully working in matrix marketing organizations.
• Hands-on experience and willingness to write and create email campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed and creative thinker; ready to proactively bring innovative ideas to the table, solve problems and take risks, to find new and innovative ways to improve results.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field of study preferred
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience; Salesforce.com preferred
• Marketing automation expertise; Sales Cloud and Pardot preferred
• Familiarity with HTML
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
