OVERVIEW
Responsible for driving process improvements/enhancements around franchise life cycle management (eg, data analytics, registration, onboarding, ongoing support/maintenance, licensing, contracts, etc) to support positive customer experience and business growth within the Europe Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs assignments that support on-boarding customers, registration, and responds to ad-hoc customer requests
• Responsible for customer administration, such as tracking projects and generating administrative reports
• May assist in customer training and education initiatives by preparing communications and materials, etc.
• Interacts with corporate and business units (e.g., Legal, AML, Customer Risk, etc.) and customer delivery team to provide support to customers
• Ensures data quality for billing processes
Support the team with the communication strategy:
• Help create and centralize quarterly reports with Power BI/Tableau, running and creating functions, pivot tables, and charts
• Data analysis for different Franchise dashboards
• Help develop communication materials: One pager, FAQs, presentations, reports, newsletters
• Extracting insights from data and analyzing business processes
ALL ABOUT YOU
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, team player, proactiveness.
• Power BI, Tableau
• Good level of Microsoft Excel and Power point skills
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
• Must be eligible for Rosetta position (under 24 years old)
