Title and Summary

Associate People Specialist Overview-We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate People Specialist to join our People & Capability team. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department while also assisting with various people-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, creative mindset and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Role:
• Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the HR department, including assist in payroll related topics and vendor management.
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and that new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with legal and company standards.
-Communication & Engagement: Plan and execute employee events to foster a positive work environment, Develop and distribute internal newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged, Utilize design and editing tools like Canva to create visually appealing content
• Policy Implementation: Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are informed and engaged with HR initiatives.
• HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and the overall enhancement of the HR function.

All About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as design & editing tools such as Canva.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
