Title and Summary

Business Analyst, RTP International Overview
Real Time Payments International are priority areas for Mastercard, expected to accelerate volume and revenue growth for the company. This role manages all aspects of data reporting, encompassing transactions, financial reporting, invoicing and providing support for the 6 RTPI global customers. The role will support the Customer Account Management and Product Team with deep analytics across accounts to support drive data insights and performance reporting.

Role:
Data Analysis
• Develop, track, and analyse key business performance metrics and share insights with business partners and senior leaders.
• Develop automated dashboards using Power BI or alternative tools to share important performance summaries on the RTP International business.
• Use AI to find ways to automate and analyse key business metrics and translate this into usable performance reports.

Data Reporting
• Lead on the invoicing process across RTP International, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued in a timely manner.
• Lead on transaction reporting across all 6 live markets ensuring that data is precise and shared with required stakeholders.
• Support the Customer Account Managers and Product Team with ad hoc reporting requests. Ensuring that requirements are understood and clear outputs are provided to drive business decisions.

Stakeholder Management
• Communicate clearly and concisely (both verbally and written) with a wide range of stakeholders across RTP International including to Senior Execs.
• Build strong relationships across RTP to support reporting and data analysis requirements.

Financial Reporting
• Use financial reporting e.g. P&L's and Business Cases to develop key dashboards and reporting.
• Build and maintain close relationships with Finance Business Partners to provide accurate data points & inform decision making.
• Have an understanding of Accounts Receivables to ensure that invoices are being reporting correctly.

• Able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Able to translate raw data into meaningful information and present complex information in a concise professional manner for senior management.
• Ready to use your strong analytical skills to lead on key data reports ensuring data automation and AI tools are used to ensure efficient and effective processes.
• Ready to apply knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting to find and share the story behind the numbers.
• Ready to utilise your advanced Excel skills for managing complex datasets and producing accurate reporting.
