Join Mastercard's Corporate Solutions Commercialization team as a Business Enabler Intern, where insights are transformed into action to drive growth across B2B Payments.
The Corporate Solutions Commercialization team serve as the bridge across the organization—driving strategic and operational excellence, enabling executive decision making through timely insights, and ensuring alignment between product strategy and business outcomes.
As an intern you will get the opportunity to interview with 2 teams within Corporate Solutions Commercialization; Insight & Execution and Program Management.
Insight & Execution Team:
The Insight and Execution team function transforms insights into action. Our team brings together competitive benchmarking, business intelligence, market trend analysis, experience research, and client/journey insights to shape stronger product strategies and Go-to-Market (GTM) plans. We identify emerging opportunities, diagnose performance challenges, develop actionable insights, and activate targeted execution strategies that strengthen our competitive position and accelerate growth across the commercialization lifecycle.
The intern will support efforts that bring together competitive benchmarking, business intelligence, market trend analysis, experience research, and client journey insights. The intern will assist in creating market intelligence through research, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Program Management Office (PMO) Team:
The PMO team serves as the strategic backbone of the Corporate Solutions Large Market organization, driving value and alignment across programs. Our mission is to enable strategic and operational excellence through cross-functional oversight, timely reporting, and support for B2B platform commercialization.
The intern will contribute to executive reporting, assist with partnership commercialization efforts, support product strategy and governance work—including maintaining consolidated product roadmaps—and help drive risk management and project management tasks.
Program Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating between Winter 2026 to Spring 2027
Ability to partner across the organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT) preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights

Compensation: $32/hr
