Title and Summary
Creative Pre-Engagement Director OverviewThe Advisors Client Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally.
Specialized Product Delivery (SPD) is a department within Advisors Client Services organization and focuses on the building out of new in-house capabilities to service our clients.
The Pre-Engagement role within SPD is focused on in-housing services that are currently being outsourced to third party supplier and actively collaborate with SBLs and the CA&E Commercial Lead to define the client opportunities for new CA&E engagements
As the ACD Creative Pre-Engagement Director, you will be working closely with SBLs and CA&E Commercial Lead to define the client opportunities for new CA&E engagements, securing business growth. Support the sales process by providing subject-matter expertise.
Role:
• Full alignment and strong partnership with SBLs and CA&E to guarantee best results
• Review, analyze and present clear and strategic recommendations to deliver result-driven marketing solutions
• Constant tracking of business and market trends to be able to design and deliver the best solutions
• P&L management – tracking and acting over the business important KPIs, such as Revenue, Margin and Expenses
• Contribute to closing sales opportunities identified by the Business Development team
• Client facing whenever necessary
• Be ACD eyes and voice in the market, both for internal stakeholders and customers
• Extract from the markets the necessities and inspiration that will drive the Creative Desk delivery
• Influence all relevant stakeholders to get necessary support and partnerships to the business development

• Fully proficient in English, any other language considered a plus
