We are seeking a Director, Account Management – Travel Vertical to lead key relationships with some of the world's most prominent travel companies. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, expand partnerships, and position our solutions—including digital payments, cybersecurity, and data-driven insights—as essential tools for our clients' success.
This is an opportunity to engage directly with C-level executives, shape the future of payments in travel, and work at the forefront of industry innovation. The role involves travel, allowing you to meet clients in their premier environments and develop deep, trusted relationships.
What You'll Do
· Strategic Account Leadership – Own and manage key accounts within the travel vertical, leveraging your deep understanding of payments to drive long-term value for both clients and the company.
· Consultative Selling – Develop and execute account strategies, engaging senior-level stakeholders with a consultative approach that uncovers opportunities for growth.
· Solution-Based Sales – Identify customer challenges and position our products—including digital payments, fraud prevention, and data analytics—as solutions that enhance their business.
· Market & Industry Influence – Stay ahead of trends in payments and travel, bringing insights to customers that help them navigate an evolving landscape.
· Business Development – Expand partnerships and identify new revenue streams, carefully qualifying opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to execute effectively.
· C-Level Engagement – Build and maintain executive-level relationships, ensuring we are positioned as a trusted partner in their strategic decision-making.
· Collaboration Across Teams – Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including product, risk, and analytics teams, to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients.
Who You Are
· Payments Expert – You have experience in the payments industry (issuing, acquiring, fintech, networks, or payment solutions) and a strong understanding of how payments impact the travel sector.
· Relationship-Driven Seller – You have a track record of customer-facing sales and/or account management success, with a consultative approach that builds trust and drives results.
· Strategic & Analytical Thinker – You bring intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and the ability to craft data-driven solutions for complex business needs.
· Travel Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Experience working with airlines, hotels, OTAs, car rentals, or other travel companies is a plus.
· Executive Presence – You can engage confidently with senior executives, leading high-stakes conversations and positioning yourself as a strategic advisor.
· Results-Oriented & Collaborative – You take ownership, drive revenue growth, and foster a team-oriented environment that maximizes success.
· Ability to Travel – This role involves meeting clients on-site, offering you the chance to engage with world-class travel brands in their key locations.
