Title and Summary

Director, Finance Business Partner The Director, Finance Business Partner – Services Value & Commercialization will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Executive Vice President, Services Value & Commercialization, providing financial leadership, performance transparency, and analytical insights across global services initiatives. This role will play a critical part in establishing standardized financial reporting, forecasting, and governance frameworks across regions to support initiatives such as Incremental Network Enabled Revenue (INER) programs, funding revenue programs, pricing optimization, and commercialization strategies.
The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate across global teams to drive measurable financial outcomes and support Mastercard's Services growth agenda.

Role
The Director will partner closely with the EVP and cross-functional leaders across Finance, Regional Network Services, Product Commercialization, Customer Success, and Business Development to ensure strong financial stewardship and performance management of global services initiatives.
This role will establish a consistent global framework for financial performance tracking and reporting, enabling regions to effectively plan, forecast, and measure results from services initiatives while providing leadership visibility into revenue performance and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Business Partnership
• Serve as the primary finance partner to the EVP, Services Value & Commercialization, supporting strategic decision making across services initiatives and commercialization programs.
• Provide financial leadership and insights to support the global services growth strategy, including revenue optimization, pricing strategies, and commercialization initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into financial plans, outlooks, and measurable performance metrics across regions.
• Partner with regional finance teams to align financial expectations, targets, and accountability for services revenue initiatives.

Performance Management & Standardized Reporting
• Develop and implement standardized global reporting frameworks for tracking financial performance of services initiatives across regions.
• Establish consistent metrics and dashboards for:
o Incremental Network Enabled Revenue (INER)
o Funding / market fund revenue
o Commercialization initiatives
o Revenue optimization programs
• Ensure regional teams have a clear and consistent approach to planning, outlooks, and performance tracking.
• Deliver executive-level insights and reporting on revenue performance, growth drivers, and emerging risks or opportunities.
• Support the EVP in serving as the single source of financial truth for network program performance.

INER Initiative Tracking & Revenue Analytics
• Design and maintain a global financial tracking framework for INER initiatives, enabling standardized measurement of performance across regions.
• Partner with regional teams to monitor initiative pipelines, financial impact, and execution against targets.
• Provide analytical insights into revenue drivers, adoption trends, and monetization opportunities across network services programs.
• Develop methodologies to measure incremental revenue impact and ROI of initiatives.

Revenue Optimization & Pricing Support
• Partner with commercialization, product, and regional teams to support pricing strategy development and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis to support:
o Value-based pricing initiatives
o Bundled solution commercialization
o Cross-sell and upsell programs
o Revenue assurance initiatives
• Evaluate financial performance of programs and recommend actions to improve revenue outcomes.

Funding & Market Fund Governance
• Establish financial governance and performance tracking for market funding and commercialization support programs.
• Ensure proper financial oversight of fund allocation, utilization, and performance against expected outcomes.
• Partner with controllership and regional finance teams to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and financial policies.
• Provide visibility into funding program ROI and effectiveness.

Forecasting, Planning & Strategic Insights
• Support the annual planning and outlook process for services revenue initiatives.
• Work with regional teams to align forecasts and financial expectations for commercialization and network initiatives.
• Provide forward-looking insights into revenue opportunities and potential financial risks.
• Develop scenario modeling and financial projections to support new initiatives and GTM strategies.

All About You
• Strong financial leadership and business partnering experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business strategies into clear financial insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience building standardized reporting frameworks and performance dashboards across multiple markets and regions.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience evaluating revenue growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and commercialization programs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working with global product, commercialization, or services organizations preferred.
• Proven ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments with multiple strategic priorities.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience supporting revenue or product organizations in payments, financial services, technology, or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, financial governance, and performance management frameworks.
• Experience working with large datasets and financial modeling tools to support strategic decision making.
