Title and Summary

Director, Fintech Acceleration, Partner Engagement, EUR lead Overview:

Mastercard's Fintech Acceleration team partners across all regions, product & service and functional teams (e.g. marketing, corporate development, technology, franchise, etc.) to:

- drive incremental product enablement with customers of all types including fintech's & partner enablers
- provide a great customer experience that reduces time to implementation and accelerates revenue through platforms & partners
- elevate Mastercard's brand to the fintech community and bring the fintech voice back to Mastercard
The focus of this role will be on the Fintech enabler partner segment in Europe, leveraging the Engage Program and Product Express Platform to achieve the following
- Deliver incremental and accelerated product implementations to and through our fintech enabler partners against KPIs
- This role will own and manage partners across Europe in our programs and platforms across our product priorities
- Partner with customer account teams to win deals leveraging Engage Program Fintech enablers
-Identify and execute new ways of going to market with fintech enablers and new product solution sets that are relevant to fintech enablers and the markets
- Work with the product & service teams (at all levels), including acquisitions to identify products that align with fintech's or where those solutions are relevant but not yet fit for purpose, collaborate to make the solution viable
- Partner with others in the Digital & Fintech Acceleration team on strategy, GTM approach/pipeline, narrative and fintech events
-Be able to tell the story internally and externally
- Engage with and influence Executives
- Create fintech thought leadership throughout the company

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy partner management & internal MA sales, output/KPI driven work, working cross-functionally and solving complex problems. The role requires leadership, cross-functional presence and the ability to influence MA & customer/fintech decision making. This role also requires travel (~5-10%).

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Role:

• Be an expert in Fintech enabler needs and how MA should engage with this segment
• Create standardization where possible and recognize where local nuances are needed
• Cross-functional role working on positioning Mastercard as a great partner for fintech's and driving deals/product implementations with partners and customer teams
• Identifying and executing new solutions and/or new GTM approaches for MA & fintech's
• Own KPIs for fintech enabler accounts assigned
• Influence key executives
• Exemplify the Mastercard Way
