Title and Summary

Director, Global Talent Acquisition - A&CS and Customer Success Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to serve as the Global Lead for hiring across Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) and Customer Success organizations. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing a long-term talent acquisition strategy that supports Mastercard's rapidly growing Services business.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving global hiring efforts for two of the strategic and fast-growing functions within Services at Mastercard. The ideal candidate will bring strong project and program management skills, exceptional business partnering skills, a passion for people development, and a global mindset.

Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Our A&CS team is rooted in efficiently delivering impactful projects and platforms for our clients, which differentiates our business and creates a force multiplier for Mastercard as a whole.
Customer Success is a strategic priority for the Services business, focused on ensuring our clients realize maximum value from Mastercard's solutions. This growing team plays a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

Role Responsibilities:
• Lead Talent Acquisition for A&CS and Customer Success, ensuring alignment with Services business strategy and priorities.
• Maintain view of TA efforts globally, driving a One TA team approach across regions, to deliver for the business.
• Serve as the global program manager for A&CS TEAM hiring. Own the consulting TEAM hiring roadmap, manage and support stakeholders, coach in-region A&CS leads to ensure global consistency, operational efficiency and optimized ways of working.
• Prepare TEAM update meetings utilizing multiple reports, data, and dashboards; develop and host presentations that highlight performance, obstacles, opportunities and successes.
• Manage roadblocks and challenges globally, partner with senior business and TA leaders to problem-solve and remediate.
• Partner with recruitment marketing and Talent Discovery (sourcing) teams to build and execute a compelling recruitment brand strategy.
• Act as a coach and leader to internal recruiters and hiring managers, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.
• Collaborate with regional recruiting teams to ensure consistent execution of the global talent acquisition strategy.
• Personally manage select high-priority requisitions while balancing strategic and leadership responsibilities.

• Demonstrated success in corporate and/or consulting recruitment, with global hiring experience.
• Experienced in managing complex projects and programs with strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Agile working style
• Solution-oriented, adept in identifying and assessing opportunities for continuous improvement
• Strong stakeholder management; effectively partners across the organization on upstream and downstream change impacts
• Effective collaboration across a matrixed organization—partnering with cross-functional teams across locations and time zones
• Strong ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels without formal authority, and with a consultative and data-informed approach
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of modern recruiting methodologies, systems, and tools.
• Passion for customer service, talent development, and building inclusive, high-impact teams.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
