Overview
As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the vision and team responsible for building and scaling Mastercard's Cashflow capabilities. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver innovative financial tools that empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to better understand, plan, and manage their cash position. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—while collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and finance to deliver measurable impact. The solution will integrate into Mastercard Biz360 and also function as a standalone offering or partner-enablement tool. Key features include multi-account aggregation, transaction visibility, cashflow forecasting and analytics, and actionable insights to support smarter business decisions. You will shape the roadmap, define KPIs, and ensure a scalable, intuitive, and valuable experience for SMBs globally.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a customer-centric product strategy that aligns with our mission to support SMBs globally
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, legal, and other teams, to deliver products that meet our high standards of innovation and usability
• Manage relationships with third-party providers/technology vendors, ensuring seamless integration and value add to our platform
• Drive the go-to-market strategy for new features and products, including market analysis, positioning, and launch planning
• Foster a data-driven culture, utilizing analytics to inform product decisions and improve customer experiences
• Initially support the VP in team management and development, with the potential to build and lead your own product management team as the company grows

Skills/Abilities/Experience
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in the tech or SaaS industry, ideally serving SMBs
• Proven ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, backed by a strong track record of developing customer-centric products
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners, with a knack for negotiating and maintaining productive partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong analytical skills, with a penchant for data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer insights
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of inspiring teams, engaging stakeholders, and articulating product visions and strategies effectively

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
