Director, Product Lead - Pay by Account Role Summary

As a Director, Product Lead - Pay by Account, you'll play a strategic and hands-on role leading Mastercard Pay by Account strategy. Collaborating closely with a dynamic team of Technical Program Managers, Developers and internal stakeholders, you'll help shape Mastercard's next generation of innovation. You'll bridge the gap between visionary business strategy and innovative technical execution, supporting initiatives that impact millions of users worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Interpret and apply technical specifications, API/SDK documentation, and architectural principles.
• Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and product roadmaps.
• Stay informed on emerging technology trends and integrate best practices into solution planning.
• Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain key documentation: prototypes, BRDs, product specifications.
• Contribute to RFPs, training materials, and internal business case development.
• Support regional teams to address unique market needs across issuers, acquirers, merchants, and consumers.
• Attend industry events to track market dynamics and scout innovative technologies.
• Participate in ideation and validation of new product concepts, including business case and financial modelling.
