Director, Product Management, Lifecycle Management Consulting, Services Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
Within the Services organization, Customer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) places Mastercard at the heart of our customer's B2C and B2B growth and loyalty strategies. As part of CAE, Marketing Services helps our customers acquire, engage, and retain customers with end-to-end digital marketing services differentiated by our global marketing expertise and track record, data and technology advantage, global network of preferred partners, and Mastercard brand assets.
We are seeking a Director to lead Lifecycle Management Consulting product management within CAE Consulting (as part of Consulting in Business & Market Insights (BMI)) with the mandate to design, enhance, and bring to market consulting solutions that are directly linked or complimentary to the growth of the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement business. The Director, Product Management Lifecycle Management Consulting will report to the VP of CAE Consulting and will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of new and existing Lifecycle Management consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define a compelling vision for our advisory offerings around lifecycle management, that aligns with market needs, organizational goals, and industry trends
• Own the global product line strategy and go-to-market expansion for Lifecycle Management Consulting, in close partnership with the global CAE product and commercialization teams
• Establish an innovation agenda focused on building consulting solutions that leverage Mastercard data, technology and expertise and insights across marketing, loyalty and personalization
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, delivery, and other relevant teams from esp. the CAE organization to align priorities and communicate value propositions effectively
• Ensure consulting effectively advances our positioning and differentiation in marketing and lifecycle management and leads to cross-sell of CAE services and platforms as well as adjacent consulting, analytics and implementation offerings
• Accountable for day-to-day management, business reporting and tracking for Lifecycle Management Consulting as well as supporting strategic ad hoc initiatives

All About You:
• Experience leading consulting engagements and configuring proven consulting concepts and deliverables into replicable approaches
• Fundamental understanding of marketing and client engagement concepts and appreciation for their ability to drive business growth and profitability
• Intellectually curious with entrepreneurial attitude and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to influence and engage - anticipate and proactively address issues that may arise
• Proven strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Pay Ranges |

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
